Overview

I investigate how rhetoric drives representation in American governance.

My inquiries center on welfare policies, socioeconomic status measurement, and rhetorical strategies surrounding poverty alleviation. My work underscores how language and frames do not merely reflect political processes but actively shape them. I argue that discourse constructs reality in ways that are decisive for policy outcomes.

Additionally, I examine rhetorical and policy diffusion across states and its implications for broader public understanding.
